Escape to the beach in this luxury oceanfront condo in Oceanside, CA. From the moment you step inside, you will never want to leave. This home has an expansive living room that opens up to a deck overlooking the ocean. Living room has plush designer furniture, fireplace, flatscreen television, and of course, sweeping ocean views. The granite kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities and appliances.
Retreat to the master bedroom for more ocean views, fireplace, and a master bathroom that will spoil you - Jacuzzi hottub, glass shower, vanity and dual sinks. There is anotherbedroom with an en-suite bath, and a third bedroom as well.
The common lawn area sits right on the ocean and is shared with the other 3 condos in the complex. There are private stairs leading right to the sand.
This home is located in the coastal town of Oceanside,
where the beaches are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy
beaches and gorgeous waters year-round. After a day at the beach, take
a walk to the pier perhaps, wander down and either watch the surfers,
go fishing, or take a sail boat out at the harbor. When it is time for
dinner, there is an endless amount of delicious restaurants and cafes
for you to choose from, but many choose to cook their meals at the
vacation rental. Life doesn't get much better than having your close
friends and family around, enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a
scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the
Pacific Ocean Fall asleep to the sound of the lulling waves, wake up
and do it again.
This vacation rental is
a home away from home. Each room has character and everything is
professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in
the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders
and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you
might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories

RENTAL POLICIES

$500 non-refundable pre-paid rent due at signing of lease. Balance due 90 days prior to stay.

$55 non-refundable damage waiver fee for up to $1500 in damage, $400 turnover fee, 11% rental tax

| CANCELLATIONS: |
Rent money is non-refundable. However, we will make every effort to
re-rent the time spot you had and if it can be rented, you may have
money refunded less $500 per week for re-rental charge. All
cancellations must be submitted in writing.
