PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Large, single family home, sitting on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This luxurious home is fully furnished and professionally decorated, with every necessary amenity. Recent remodels include a beautiful kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, beautiful travertine floors, all new bathrooms, and so much more! This home has a large living space, perfect for large groups wanting to spend time together. The living room is huge, and is open to the dining room and kitchen. The oceanfront patio is also very large, and includes all furniture, a barbecue, and a private oceanfront spa. You will not want to leave! All rooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has its own balcony over looking the ocean, and a fireplace. Beach access is less than a block away.
This home is located
in the quaint beach town of Leucadia, Encinitas. It is a short walk to
Coast Hwy where you will find homey boutiques, mouth watering Mexican
food, local coffee houses, antique stores, a new and used record store,
and so much more! Stroll down a little further on the weekends and
stop by the Seaside Bazaar, North County's only flea market. At night,
enjoy home cooking in your oceanfront rental, or check out one of the
local neighborhood restaurants such as Calypso cafe, a small place
serving up great food with local bands playing every night. Or maybe
you would enjoy Bar Leucadian, a neighborhood bar that has been there
since 1946, and has live music, pool tables, and no cover.
This vacation rental is
a home away from home. Each room has character and everything is
professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in
the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders
and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you
might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories

Beach Access
- This home is on a bluff directly overlooking the ocean. Beach access is 7 homes to the South at Stone Steps. There are a set of stairs leading down to the beach from there.

$500 non-refundable pre-paid rent due at signing of lease. Balance due 90 days prior to stay.

$55 non-refundable damage waiver fee for up to $1500 in damage, $500 turnover fee, 11% rental tax

| CANCELLATIONS: |
Rent money is non-refundable. However, we will make every effort to
re-rent the time spot you had and if it can be rented, you may have
money refunded less $500 per week for re-rental charge. All
cancellations must be submitted in writing.
