PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Come spend a vacation in luxury on the beach in this exquisitely designed beachfront unit. With years of planning behind it, this unit has much to showcase, from the art on the walls to the fully automated window and shutter system. The unit sits on beach level, with large glass lanai doors that slide open, blurring the line between indoors and out, so that you can take full advantage of the ocean views and Pacific Breezes. Living room has a fireplace, and a beautiful glass table gracing the center of the room.
There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Living room area has a 52" Hi-Def TV, Dining and great room area has gas fireplace and 42" Hi-Def TV, kitchen, and bar seating. Backyard includes deck, therapuetic spa, palapa, private sand beach, firepit ring, barbecue, and private access to the public beach.

This home is located in the coastal town of Oceanside,
where the beaches are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy
beaches and gorgeous waters year-round. After a day at the beach, take
a walk to the pier perhaps, wander down and either watch the surfers,
go fishing, or take a sail boat out at the harbor. When it is time for
dinner, there is an endless amount of delicious restaurants and cafes
for you to choose from, but many choose to cook their meals at the
vacation rental. Life doesn't get much better than having your close
friends and family around, enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a
scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the
Pacific Ocean Fall asleep to the sound of the lulling waves, wake up
and do it again.

- This unit is on the beach. There is direct access from the back yard through a gate that takes you right to the public sand.
RENTAL POLICIES

$5000 refundable security deposit, plus $500 per week of pre-paid rent. Total balance due 90 days prior to check in.

11% rental tax, $200 per week cleaning fee.

| CANCELLATIONS: |
Rent money is non-refundable. However, we will make every effort to
re-rent the time spot you had and if it can be rented, you may have
money refunded less $1000 per week for re-rental charge. All
cancellations must be submitted in writing.
