PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Sitting on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this charming beach rental will not disapoint! This single family home features hardwood floors, a kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, a wok (just in case you are in the mood for stir-fry), and a great room so that everyone can be together. The great room opens up to a large oceanfront deck, with furniture and barbecue. Sit out on the deck for hours watching the surfers and sunset. In the front of the home, there is a private golf tee for anyone wishing to practice their putting skills. Beach access is less than a block away.
This home is located
in the quaint beach town of Leucadia, Encinitas. It is a short walk to
Coast Hwy where you will find homey boutiques, mouth watering Mexican
food, local coffee houses, antique stores, a new and used record store,
and so much more! Stroll down a little further on the weekends and
stop by the Seaside Bazaar, North County's only flea market. At night,
enjoy home cooking in your oceanfront rental, or check out one of the
local neighborhood restaurants such as Calypso cafe, a small place
serving up great food with local bands playing every night. Or maybe
you would enjoy Bar Leucadian, a neighborhood bar that has been there
since 1946, and has live music, pool tables, and no cover.
This vacation rental is
a home away from home. Each room has character and everything is
professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in
the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders
and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you
might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories

- This home sits on a bluff overlooking the ocean. Beach access is one block to the North at Beacon's Beach. There is a gently sloping sandy path leading down to this beach.

$500 non-refundable pre-paid rent due at signing of lease. Balance due 90 days prior to stay.

$55 non-refundable damage waiver fee for up to $1500 in damage, $200 turnover fee, 11% rental tax

| CANCELLATIONS: |
Rent money is non-refundable. However, we will make every effort to
re-rent the time spot you had and if it can be rented, you may have
money refunded less $500 per week for re-rental charge. All
cancellations must be submitted in writing.
