This unit has jut been remodeled inside and painted on the outside!
Beautiful new counters and cabinets, new bathrooms, new tile and carpet
in bedrooms! Views are amazing. There is no road between this vacation
rental and the ocean! Step outside of your back door, and you are on
the sand! There is a common area shared with the other units in the
complex, which includes a fire pit, lounge/patio furniture, bbq area,
Jacuzzi, sports bar area with kitchen and flat screen televisions, and
a laundry area with deluxe laundry machines.

| CANCELLATIONS: |
Rent money is non-refundable. However, we will make every effort to
re-rent the time spot you had and if it can be rented, you may have
money refunded less $500 per week for re-rental charge. All
cancellations must be submitted in writing.

-July 1 to September 4, 2008 & May 22 to September 3, 2009:
Seven (7) Night Minimum - MUST CHECK IN ON A MONDAY AND DEPART ON A MONDAY
-Thanksgiving: Four (4) Night Minimum
-Christmas/New Years: Seven (7) Night Minimum
-March/April (Spring Break): Four (4) Night Minimum
-Remainder of Year: Two (2) Night Minimum
