This lower level unit has jut been remodeled inside and painted on the outside! Beautiful new counters and cabinets, new bathrooms, new tile and carpet in bedrooms! Views are amazing. Sit in your living room as you gaze out to the ocean! There is no road between this vacation rental and the ocean! The sand is just a few steps out your front door! There is a common area shared with the other 4 units in the complex, which includes a fire pit, lounge/patio furniture, putting green, and bbq area.

You’ll love the location of this home! The coastal town of Oceanside boasts wide, sandy beaches and beautiful weather all year long. There’s no shortage of activities for play or relaxation. After a day in the sun, take a stroll to the Oceanside Pier, the longest wooden pier on the western U.S. coastline. Take in the views, watch the surfers or drop a line and go fishing. We had an absolutely wonderful, relaxing time and would definitely stay at this property again or try another property. The only thing that could have made it any better was to be able to walk directly to the beach from the property. The walk to the beach is not far at all but would have made the stay perfect we the rock wall would disappear. The property was very clean and quite.

I have always wanted to know what it's like to stay at a beach house. Short of renting a detached house that is steps away from the beach, this condo unit was the next best thing. Surprisingly there were not other guests in the other units after our 2nd day there, so it seemed as if we had the whole complex to ourselves. The hot tub added a nice touch to our vacation. The only downside was that due to a relatively short beach, playing on the beach was limited to low tide roughly between 2 and 5 pm during our stay in April.

We rented the property over President's Day weekend and were very impressed with the amenities and views. The condo is beautifully situated right on the beach and is comfortably furnished. The management was very responsive and eager to accomodate us. I would absolutely rent this property again and would also consider other properties from BeachFront Only. Without any hassle we were able to sign up for surfing lessons and be in the water. Bike rental was cheap and a great way to get up and down the beach. Fishing from the pier was a wonderful adventure. Waking up and going to sleep with the ocean in our front yard was like a dream. This location gave us everything and more.
the only thing that was i thought was wrong there was a family of 5 kids and mother and father ... who left their children in the spa all the day long up untill 8 pm they used it as a pool there should be some rules on the lenght of stay for childre

this is the "only way to fly"! renting beach front properties is the way to go! starting with the EXCELLENT customer service - I booked it all over the Chat Line with Jennifer. Imagine sitting on your patio and feeling the spray from the ocean surf ... that's how close you'll be to the water when you stay here! When the tide was in, the waves splashed up on to the rocks in front and we actually could feel the mist, I even had to put my camera inside when I was finished taking photos. Lovely clean condo, everything we needed. Wonderful to wake up and look out the living room window and see dolphins! Would definitely stay here again.

What can you say? These guys are 5 stars. Location,service everything so awesome.
Our fire pit wasn't working the 1st night, saw a maintenance guy told him about it, within 2 hours, BAM! it was fixed.Top rate all the way.
This is our 3rd property we have stayed at,the only thing that I would change is have more comfortable furniture in the this property and the last one which was the bungalow,Encinitas furniture was perfect.

The location cannot be beat. It is literally steps from the ocean and boardwalk. There aren't too many people passing by, so you feel like you have privacy but it's also close to the pier. The patio is perfect for kids who need to get outside and play. The hot tub and firepit were wonderful additions too! We LOVED it!!!

We had trouble with our lock and between 3 girls, we had to try several times to get the door open, which was difficult to do since there was no outdoor light. The property was clean, and the view was nice. However, the unit was a bit outdated. If you're
not one to care too much about decor, then it's a great little place to hang out for the weekend. I must say it was a little unsettling to see people sitting right in front of our unit enjoying dinner and drinks, but the patio area is a shared/common area,
so it's to be expected. If you can rent some of the bigger units by splitting with friends/family, in terms of comfort/decor, it's definitely worth it and I highly recommend it. You get much more privacy and the luxury feel.

This property was in a nice location and near the shops. It has a nice hot tub and a great fire pit. Easy access to the beach by walking just a short distance. The condo was generally clean. The kitchen/dining/living area is pretty small. There were 6 of us and only bath towels for 5. The sheets for the sofa bed were very shabby. There were some ant problems, but spray was handy. We did not call for assistance. The kitchen had adequate utensils and dishes. The only major problem was that someone (possibly to show the condo) just walked in during our stay. We had a wonderful family stay, but would really recommend this condo for 4 people. During the booking process, the staff was really great. Overall, a good stay.

The property location was awesome. We had the unit closest to the water and the views out the windows and patio were great. The weather was not bad for December and this is a great location since you can walk to pier and Coaster. Our only disappointment was limited access to spa and firepit as another renter monopolized these areas with their group during our entire stay.

We were a little overrun by early Spring break students from Arizona. It was a little noisy as there were parties going on all around us most nights. Thought the condo was kept up pretty well and we were only short a few items, wash cloths and TP. We called and management got some to us immediately. Overall, I thought BFO did a great job. I will probably look for something a little more private next trip, but would book through BFO.

Wonderful view. Enjoyed daily walks on the beach and soaking in the hot tub in the evenings. The kids loved roasting marshmallows in the firepit. The unit had everything we needed and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Parking was convenient. We had just a short drive to Legoland, which was a plus. We brought our little dog and it was a very dog friendly neighborhood. Everyone had such a good time we didn't want to leave.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo right on the beach and the beautiful view of the ocean from the front windows and patio. I have small children who found it a little difficult to climb over the boulders to get down to the beach, and during high tide we were disappointed to find that there was no beach at all, the waves came right up to the rocks. But the beach was perfect in the mornings, and it almost felt like we had a private beach to ourselves. The nights were quiet and peaceful, either soaking in the jacuzzi or sitting by the fire. Parking was a bit of a challenge, especially with a large vehicle - a couple times one of us had to drive the streets searching for a spot because the 4 spots out front were full. Also we weren't too happy about the steps down from the street to the condo, since we had lots of kids and beach gear to unload. However I would happily return here if I were taking a vacation without the kids. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable and suited our needs.

The unit we we're in had a very worn, and uncomfortable futon as a couch.The chair was better, but this was the only furniture for this two bedroom has a beautiful view, but there are problems with parking, and getting to the unit.There are three parking spots for ten units. To get to our unit, you had to walk down three sections of stairs, carting your coolers, and luggage. If you we're hoping to have a tranquil and peaceful vacation, you won't find it here. People in other units than ours we're using the firepit, or jacuzzi at 1:00 in the morning. Very loud. You cannot get down to the beach in front of the unit. You have to walk past about five other condo units to get to the stairs. The pictures are deceiving. This unit was run down. It had crown molding to look impressive, but had patched ceilings,doors off the closet, and patched,worn furniture, bedspreads very faded.States it has a dishwasher, and washer and dryer, but it doesn't. The unit was okay for a few days, but not for any length of time. What a let down.

  Hello Patricia, thank you for your review. We apologize you felt like you were mislead. However, we feel that our photos accurately represent the location. We have an aerial shot of the entire complex, as well as a photo of the beach/rocks right out front of the unit. We do have signs posted that the common area should only be used until 10pm. We have a 24 hour emergency line that our guests can call if any guests are causing issues or a noise disturbance. We are always anxious to rectify any situations such as this that arise. I have checked our listing, and no where on there do we advertise a dishwasher or washer and dryer. We advertise oven/stove, microwave, and refrigerator. We will definitely take a look at the paches, closet doors, furniture and bed spreads and replace what is needed. Again, we are sorry the unit did not live up to your expectations. ~ The Team at Beachfront Only

the property has seen better times. It has poor drainage and leaking gutters. The location is outstanding with unbelievable sunsets.

Perfect December retreat!

LOVED IT!!!

An awesome experience in oceanside

Ideal Vacation Getaway!!!!!!!!! We had an absolute wonderful stay. Our children had never seen the ocean so that was the main thing we wanted to accomplish. Within minutes of arriving we saw dolphins swimming.

the only thing that was i thought was wrong there was a family of 5 kids and mother and father ... who left their children in the spa all the day long up untill 8 pm they used it as a pool there should be some rules on the lenght of stay for childre
