This upper level unit has jut been remodeled inside and painted on the outside! Beautiful new counters and cabinets, new bathrooms, new tile and carpet in bedrooms! Views are amazing. Sit in your living room as you gaze out to the ocean! There is no road between this vacation rental and the ocean! The sand is just a few steps out your front door! There is a common area shared with the other 4 units in the complex, which includes a fire pit, lounge/patio furniture, putting green, and bbq area.

After taking a 15 hour flight from Australia with two toddlers, this was a dream destination to arrive at. We saw whales, dolphins and seals on the first night while having dinner a truly magical experience for the kids and me. The furnishings in the house were lovely, the maintenance staff around the complex were so friendly and helpful and the management company were professional and flexible. Our three week stay was an unforgettable experience and we would always choose to stay again if in the area.
My wife and I will see you next winter. Thank You

We enjoyed our stay over the Chrismas holiday. The unit is on the small side but was clean and comfortable. One odd notice was on the refrigerator and it threatened a rather large fine for adjusting the temperature control. There are a lot of stairs from the street to the unit which was not a problem for my family but anyone who has trouble negiotiating stairs might consider a different location. The view of the ocean from the living/dining room windows was spectacular. Even though the evenings were cold, my son was a fixture in the spa, and the rest of the family spent some time sitting around the gas fueled fire pit conversing with the sound of the ocean waves breaking in the background.

We really enjoyed our stay. Easy to get to the beach. Condo was clean and in good shape. We used the hot tub, bbq grill and outdoor fire pit. All in good working order. I would definitely return again to this complex.

Thank you very much. Loved the place, the view, and especially the amenities . . putting green, firepit, spa, gas bbq. We had a wonderful time. One small suggestion . . . a full length mirror or at least some mirror in the other bedroom would be very helpful.

The only drawback for us was the location. Not great for family with kids. The environment in that area is far from ideal. We would definitely rent from this company but not in Oceanside.

Not much in walking distance. Bring your groceries with you than you can just relax and enjoy the ocean. Overall loved our stay. Only problem was our last day there, a family arrived and had no respect or manners for the other four families staying in the complex. Let there kids run around with no supervision and kept multiple families up till wee hours sitting in common area being too loud! If it wasn't for that our stay was fantastic, highly reccomend. :-)

We were pleased with our stay. The cost was a little high for the amount of space that was available. I am not sure if the hot tub was really available or not but we did not use it. I would have liked a little more direction on how to use the facility but it was probably the fact that I did not ask. We might want to stay in the facility again.
This was the first trip I had taken (ever) without my children and husband. Myself and 2 girlfriends has a wonderful time. The fire pit was fabulous as was the jacuzzi. The weather could have been better but out of our control.

We enjoyed the time we spent in the Condo. The only thing we would have love to have is another TV in the main bed room. My husband likes to watch TV before we got to sleep. Also if you have little ones they like to watch cartoons. I dont remember if I wrote this on my other sheet but the master bed room did not lock for privacy and neither did one of the front windows which I did state on my survey. I do thank your staff for all the help. Stay safe and greeting all the way from Afganistan.

We were very happy with the condo that we stayed in. It was situated on the beach, accessed through a gate on the property. This led you to a pathway. The actual beach was there, but large boulders/rocks had been placed on part of the beach (between us and the beach) for erosion control. In this sense, the beach was not right there, but it was not hard for us to get down to it. If you walked a black (or less) North, you could get to the beach a little bit easier. Here, though, is where a road ended (called the Strand), this was between the houses and the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub, the views, and the location. It was much nicer to stay here, where everyone had their own space, than in a much smaller hotel room. The cost was similar, too. We would stay again.

The condo was perfect for our young family! Right on the ocean, room for the boys to play both on the beach and off, and a small fence to give our littlest one a safe barrier against wandering onto the rocks or sand. We had a wonderful time, and will definately be back!

There were many short term renters that came and took over the common area and partied in to late in the evening. I had my family there and I was disappointed in not being able to use the jacuzzi a couple of nights due to the short termers taking over the common area. The maintenance crew was great!! Juan was on it and had his crew out there first thing cleaning up every morning we stayed 8 days and every morning they had to clean up, sometimes a mess and clean the jacuzzi from the night before and they did a great job. I liked the location on the strand no traffic in front of our condo.
